DEFINITION:
Thermonatural inorganic based, granulometric insulation material, modified with special solids containing mineral fillers, is a special exterior and interior plaster that provides heat, sound, water (supporting product) and FIRE insulation.
In all kinds of buildings; It can be applied directly to different wall elements consisting of materials such as brick, gas concrete, exposed concrete. Its homogeneous structure and application like plaster make control easier.
SURFACE PREPARATION:
If there are defects on the application surface, the repaired loose or ruptured layers should be cleaned until they reach the solid surface.
APPLICATION OF PLASTER:
The entire package is emptied into a container. Necessary amount of clean water is added and mixed with a mixing mixer for 5-6 minutes. No other material should be added during mixing. Pre-prepared laths are mounted on the application surface at appropriate intervals. The Thermonatural mixture, which is prepared in weather conditions where normal liquid can be applied, is applied between the pre-assembled laths (for thickness adjustment) with a steel trowel or machine and smoothed by screeding. The slats are removed and the gaps are filled with Thermonatural material. After 2-3 hours, the process is finished by polishing. After 3-4 days, it is painted with the desired exterior paint.
